Mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und einem weiteren Schlafsofa ist dieses Apartment eine sehr praktische Unterkunft für 4-6 Personen.

Belmont 8 is a real treat. It is beautiful and built in classic yet modern Swiss style to the highest of standards. Super bright and airy, full of large doors and windows so one can appreciate the beautiful views and with easy access to the two verandas. The layout and space utilization is brilliant, everything very well thought out. Obviously the owners had a great architect and interior designer. Lovely and well-outfitted kitchen, everything you could possibly need is there. There is even a gas barbeque on the veranda! The beds are very comfortable, plenty of storage, roomy (by European standards) bathrooms, great showers. Having an in-apartment washer and tumble dryer is a very special treat few rental accomodations have this. And the location, wow. Right on top of the Dorfladen market in town! Can't get more convenient than that. And there is even an elevator! Rachel, Mandi, and the entire team did a fantastic job taking care of us, despite the many changes we threw at them. We have stayed in many holiday rentals in Wengen, Belmont 8 is really super.

Washer and dryer are helpful. They even provided laundry soap and plenty of dishwasher pods when most places we stay provide maybe one but usually none. Tons of gadgets in the kitchen to cook meals. We wish we could have stayed longer. When we return, we will be thrilled to stay here again. I cannot think of anything I would change or critique. It really was a perfect stay.

There are so many amazing things to do within a small radius around Wengen, plus Wengen itself was beautiful. Having breakfast sitting on the balcony with the mountain views was just amazing!!! Would recommend this to anyone, and when we go back to Switzerland I wouldn't look at staying anywhere else.

It’s very near to the train station, and super near to the Cable car to Männlichen. It’s also a very spacious apartment with balconies and kitchen amenities. Toiletries are all provided, including slipper. I enjoyed my 4 nights of stay there.

Wengen is not covered in interraileuro pass so have to pay extra for a trip between interlaken and wengen so if you plan to visit multiple cities in swiss then wengen is not a good choice to stay though it is very beautiful place

The chalet was spacious with two bed rooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the balcony space and used the grill one night for dinner. The washer/dryer were also easy to use (no soap provided). Overall - great stay!

Wengen is a beautiful place to be. Loved the accommodation - we felt very spoilt. Rachel was quick to reply to our many questions and gave us lots of local tips and travel advice. The cog railways are so efficiently run and took us to so many beautifmehr anzeigen

So close to everything and you are at the base of the Chairlift making it even more convenient. Check in was very easy and the apartment was very clean with nice little touches like slippers and toblerone chocolate! Would definitely stay here again!

This is directly in front of the Mannlichen cable car station. You can sit on the balcony and see the cable cars go up. It is in the same building as a beautiful gift shop (Swiss Made Store), next to the Sports Store and bike rental, next to the Tourmehr anzeigen

It is in the same building as a beautiful gift shop (Swiss Made Store), next to the Sports Store and bike rental, next to the Tourism Office (lots of great info and free stickers there), next to the free mini golf, 3 minute walk to the Coop grocery store, 3 minute walk to train station, 10 minute walk to the Wengen pool. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The only negative for us was that the clothes dryer was broken and did not work during our visit. I didn't take any stars off for that because everything else was perfect and wonderful. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

It was so convenient to the grocery store and train and gondola. With windows open there is some noise from the cafes and bars nearby but it was still a lovely location with beautiful views and convenient location. We could also hear cowbells and chumehr anzeigen

Pros:Best accommodation so far on our road trip in Switzerland. The duvets are high quality and comfortable. Washer and dryer is a great plus.... but needs maintaining and cleaning before the next guests as there are hairs and fur in the dryer. Kitchmehr anzeigen

View from the apartment is beautiful. Wengen is a beautiful small village. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and 2 toilets for our family of 4. Cons: extra garbage bags should be provided free of charge for Long stay instead of getting the guests to pay extra for each bags @1.90 CHF.

The check in/out process was simple. The elevator was handy for moving our suitcases up and down. We enjoyed stepping out onto the balconies to enjoy the beautiful view and sounds of the alps (cow bells, church bells, the alp horn). The well-equippedmehr anzeigen

We loved using the fondue set! The location was perfect, close to the train station and many shops and restaurants. Taking the Mannlichen cable car (right outside the door) and the royal walk at the top is a must! The rain shower and comfortable beds were great after a long day of hiking and sightseeing.

The location cannot be beat! The apartment is only a 2-3 minute walk from the train station, 2 grocery stores, and the tourist information center and gondola are located just steps from the front door. The space is clean, the views are exceptional, amehr anzeigen

The space is clean, the views are exceptional, and the kitchen is well-stocked for preparing all kinds of meals. The deck/porch was a great perk. Those of us that stayed in the bedrooms slept very well. The 2 members of our group who slept in the living room had a tougher time though - the couch may be better suited for children than for young adults. The biggest complaint we had was in regards to the WiFi, which was weak and oftentimes completely inaccessible. Admittedly we did not have a chance to communicate this with Alpine Holiday Services during our stay, as ironically without the WiFi we did not have an easy way to contact them. Presumably had we been able to contact them they may have been able to fix the issue.

Chalt Belmont at Wengen was my family's first Swiss expereince. Initially I was skeptical of being at a location this far removed from areas of tourist interest, what with two kids under 15 wanting to be always connected to the world. But within a femehr anzeigen
Chalt Belmont at Wengen was my family's first Swiss expereince. Initially I was skeptical of being at a location this far removed from areas of tourist interest, what with two kids under 15 wanting to be always connected to the world. But within a few hours of settling it was clear that this was exactly the Alpine experience we were dreaming of. The Swiss were all dismayed at the Snow in the middle of April but we were delighted. The place is a stone's throw from the railway station. All the amenities including the Super market are within a shouting distance. The instructions for accessing the place and use of the facilities were both clear and reasonable. Accessing other bigger tourist magnets such as Interlaken and Grindelwald was easy enough given the superlative Swiss rail network.

The apartment itself is very pleasant and fully equipped, everything is clean, high standard and aesthetic. The village itself is the perfect location for a holiday in the Alps - close to all tourist sites, pleasant for its own right.( We recommend the tour to the dairy and cheese production place). In short - highly recommended! |
