INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES

If you are displaying symptoms of illness, which may signify a respiratory illness, we are obligated to request you to forgo a visit / a stay with us.

If symptoms of illness become apparent after departure or during your stay, we kindly ask you to inform us.

Our Concept of Protective Measures is based on the current knowledge and the guidelines of the BAG (Federal Office for Health). This concept is subject to changes at any time. On request, we would be pleased to provide you with a copy of our full concept.

 

BIENVENUE / ENREGISTREMENT

Notre bureau est actuellement fermé afin de permettre au mieux la "distanciation sociale" et d'éviter les contacts directs. L'enregistrement s'effectue donc, pour le moment, toujours via la boîte à clés.

Sur rendez-vous, si nécessaire et avec les mesures de distanciation sociale nécessaires, nous pouvons également vous rencontrer en personne.

The Hotline telephone outside our office is available at all times and is being disinfected regularly.

APPARTEMENTS ET MAISON DE VACANCES

The holiday apartments and chalets are cleaned before your arrival and where necessary, disinfected. During the pandemic we are placing even more importance on hygiene.

Bed sheets and towels are washed, as usual for us, at 90 degrees. Decorative cushions and blankets which are not washable at 90 degrees, are not displayed on the beds at this time. You can find these in the cupboard and are permitted to use them if you wish.

In the case that you have booked an interim clean, we would like to discuss this with you individually.

We would like to avoid our staff and guests being in the properties at the same time. We therefore kindly ask you to depart punctually or arrange a different check-out time with us in advance.
